As we begin the month of July, there are a few free movie opportunities for area youth to take advantage of at the Jefferson Public Library.

Free movies will be shown the first four Tuesdays of the month. The first movie is DreamWorks “Home.” Then on July 9th is Disney Pixar’s “Wall-E.” On July 16th will be Disney’s “Mars Needs Moms.” The final free movie will be on July 23rd with DreamWorks “Monsters vs Aliens.” All movies are related to this year’s Summer Reading Program theme “A Universe of Stories.”

All films will be shown from 12:15-2pm. Organizers are encouraging attendees to bring a brown bag lunch and a drink. There will also be free popcorn and pop provided after you finish your lunch. No pre-registration is necessary and it is open to the public. However, the library’s policy is any child under the age of six must be accompanied by an adult.
