Stuart residents and others who reside in the West Central Valley District have one final week to contribute their thoughts on the Stuart community and its attractions to visitors.
The Stuart Revitalization Group has released an online survey for surrounding residents of all ages to complete, which will help them in a long-range project to bring more people to town to enjoy what Stuart has to offer. Revitalization Group member Bob Cook says he hopes the outcome of this project will be more events and social opportunities for Stuart residents, as well as economic vitality, “We need more visitors spending more money in our local businesses to drive our economy and drive jobs, provide a more steady stream of clients for businesses. Most businesses today just can’t rely here on our local population, we need to bring people to the community.”
A link to the survey can be found here, and those without internet access can find a paper questionnaire at the Stuart Public Library and The Stuart Herald Office. The Revitalization Group appreciates the public taking time to provide feedback to the group.
