A reminder, the August edition of the “Meet Me in Minburn” concert series will be held tomorrow.
The City of Minburn encourages the public to come to Meek Park Saturday evening for free entertainment and a free-will donation meal. A pork loin dinner will be served by the Minburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department from 5:30-7:30 p.m. All proceeds will benefit the fire truck replacement project. The music will start at 7 p.m., with the band Black Hat Heroes performing until 9. Also starting at 7, the City will open up the concession stand at Meek Park, and they will offer free roller skating to all attendees. The public is reminded to bring their own chairs or blankets for the concert.
This will be the final “Meet Me in Minburn” celebration of the year. The City hosts the event three times during the summer as a way to give the community a family-friendly activity that’s easy on the wallet. For more information, click the link below to visit the City of Minburn’s website.
