Neil Munroe of West Des Moines was traveling north on 2nd St., Redfield when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Kylee Yates of Redfield. Yates stopped at the stop sign on 1st St., and turned left onto 2nd St. and collided with Munroe’s. No injuries reported. Damage to Yates vehicle estimated at $8000.00 and $5000.00 to Munroe’s. Yates was cited for failure to obey stop sign.
