8:30am: Shawn David Annear (43) of Ankeny, was booked into the Greene County Jail to serve his sentence for Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree, Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury.

10:48am: A deputy investigated a trespassing complaint in the 100 block of 19th Street in Grand Junction.

12:51pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the 1200 block of 220th Street.

7:37pm: A deputy investigated a verbal dispute in the 700 block of South 12th Street in Grand Junction.

9:21pm: Mark William Easterday (57) of Jefferson, was booked into the Greene County Jail on a warrant for Harassment 3rd Degree.

10:49pm: A deputy investigated an assault that occurred in the 200 block of Main Street in Paton.

Saturday, August 17th

1:52am: Rene Omar Guzman (42) of Paton, was booked into the Greene County Jail for Assault and Disorderly Conduct – Fighting or Violent Behavior.

2:28am: Katrina Nichole Stilson (22) of Paton, was booked into the Greene County Jail for Assault and Disorderly Conduct – Fighting or Violent Behavior

8:50am: Travis Christopher Fincel (44) of Grand Junction, was booked into the Greene County Jail to serve his sentence for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

11:42am: A deputy investigated a welfare check in the 900 block of Locust Street in Scranton.

12:55pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an alarm in the 1300 block of 220th Street.

1:10pm: A deputy investigated an erratic driving complaint on 220th Street and A Avenue.

5:07pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 100 block of Main Street in Paton.

7:01pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle in the 2000 block of 230th Street.

7:13pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 900 block of Sand Street in Churdan.

8:04pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint 600 block of South 15th Street in Grand Junction.

10:05pm: assisted the Jefferson Police Department in the 200 block of West Washington Street.

11:29pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident in the 1500 block of Neola Avenue. Nathan Alexander Black (16) of Jefferson, was traveling north on Neola Avenue when he swerved to the left to avoid a deer that was standing on the right port of the roadway and went in the east ditch. Black’s 2009 Chevrolet Malibu suffered damage to the front end and undercarriage with estimated value of $7000.00 to repair. Black did not receive any injuries and the vehicle was driven away from the scene.

11:35pm: Melynda Louise Weltha (43) of Grand Junction, was booked into the Greene County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated – 1st Offense.

Sunday, August 18th

10:50am: A deputy assisted with livestock in the 1100 block of 290th Street.

4:44pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the 1400 block of E Avenue.

5:47pm: A deputy assisted with a welfare check in the 500 block of N Avenue

7:00pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 1100 block of Irving Street in Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
