A Funeral Mass for Cecilio Mena-Mejia, 53, of Perry, will be Friday, September 6th at 10:30 am at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Perry. Burial will be in the Violet Hill Cemetery, Friday at 4 pm. Visitation will be Thursday at 1 pm at the Hastings Funeral Home in Perry. Family will be present from 5 pm to 7 pm. A Vigil service will be held at 7 pm. Survivors include: Wife, Maria. Sons, Erick, Manolo, Saul and Yordi Mendez all of Perry. 5 grandchildren. Father, Carlos Mejia of El Salvador. Siblings, Orlando Mena of Perry, Feliipe Mena of California, Teresa Robles of Perry, Olivia Turcios of El Salvador, Rosa Mena of El Salvador, Guadalupe Barladez of North Carolina, Gloria Mena of El Salvador, Josefina Bermudez of Des Moines and Santos Marroquin of California.
