GCDC President Sid Jones from the 2018 Annual Meeting

Everyone is invited to the Greene County Development Corporation Annual Meeting later this month.

The event will be held at the Greene Room events center at Wild Rose in Jefferson at 6pm on Wednesday, September 18th. GCDC hosts this annual event to inform the public about a wide range of projects that are happening throughout the county. 

Attendees will hear about an update from Nate Adams, with Principal Real Estate Investors, on the middle school housing project and the Three-Block Project in Jefferson. Linc Kroeger with Accenture will provide an update on The Forge and the upcoming Lincoln Corridor Project. GCDC Executive Director Ken Paxton will also give an overview of previous projects.

The event will start with a social time at 6pm, followed by a dinner served at 6:30. The meeting will then begin at 7pm. Tickets are $20 per person and can be purchased in advance by contacting Paxton at 386-8255 or email to development@greenecountyiowa.com.
