3:20pm: A deputy assisted DHS with an investigation in the 1600 block of Newberry Avenue. Jodi Ganoe 44 of Jefferson was arrested for an arrest warrant for a violation of a no contact order.

3:33pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 190 th Street near N Avenue.

3:53pm: Jodi Ganoe 44 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a violation of a no contact order.

5:18pm: A deputy arrested Kole Higgins 24 of Scranton for burglary 3rd degree and theft 2nd degree.

5:42pm: A deputy investigated a runaway in the 600 block of South 13th Street, Grand Junction. The child was located.

6:30pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 700 block of South 12th, Grand Junction.

6:38pm: A deputy investigated a backing accident in the 600 block of State Street, Scranton. Linda Gustoff 70 of Scranton was backing up in her 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan and struck an unoccupied 2006 G6 causing an estimated 1,500 dollars damage to the G6. The Dodge Caravan had minor damage.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
