The Adel City Council will convene Monday morning for a special session.

The meeting will begin with consideration of a resolution directing the sale of $4.18 million in general obligation refunding capital loan notes related to upcoming water projects. That will be followed by consideration of four separate resolutions to authorize the redemption of outstanding general obligation notes from previous projects. Two will be for refunding capital loan notes dated in 2011 and 2012, one for urban renewal bonds dated 2012, and the other for regular capital loan notes dated 2014.

The meeting will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Council Chambers at Adel City Hall.
