Spots are still available for the Mental Health First Aid Training course in Jefferson.

Central Iowa Community Services (CICS) Mental Health Region is hosting the free class from 8am-4:30pm at Genesis Development on Tuesday, October 29th. Topics to be covered include difficulties with mental health, action plans, understanding the signs and symptoms, and resources for treatment and diagnosis.
