The Perry Chamber of Commerce is set to hold their next ribbon cutting ceremony this Tuesday, as they welcome Oasis Restaurant.
The restaurant opened about a year ago on the corner of Otley and 2nd streets, branching off from the Oasis Market located down the street. However, their building has been a work in progress during that time, and it was recently completed. They also joined the Chamber not to long ago, so to celebrate the unveiling of their renovated space and new membership, the owners invite the community to the ribbon cutting event. It will be held Tuesday, October 29th at 11 a.m. Free samples will be provided, though attendees are encouraged to get some lunch once the ceremony is complete.
