The Adel-Desoto-Minburn basketball team will be looking to take another step forward on the season when they get onto the hardwood. Last year the Tigers were a very good shooting team, averaging 61.6 points per game, a 43% field goal percentage, including shooting nearly 35% from three. They also shot as a team 65% from the charity stripe.

The Tigers averaged a total of 14 free throws as a team last year per game, a good statistic that they hope will improve as the 2019-2020 year starts to get going soon. The team has numerous good athletes that have the ability to get to the line, as well as hit free throws at a high percentage.

If the Tigers can continue to find their stroke, and make the necessary adjustments to continue to find ways to the free throw line, they have the potential to put up a good year.
