A Memorial service for Donald “Don” Wayne Palmer, 82, of Winterset, will be Tuesday, November 26 at 11 am at the Cal;dwell Parrish Winterset Chapel. Burial with military honors will be held at the Winterset Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
