12:32am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a search warrant in the 300 block of West Lincoln way.

2:34am: Annette Bohl 60 of Adel was booked into jail for driving while revoked.

9:09am: Michael Jones 22 of Castana was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 1st offense.

9:40am: Janon Olson 48 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for theft 5th degree.

9:53am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 800 block of Hills Avenue, Churdan.

12:54pm: A deputy investigated a burglary in the 100 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

1:00pm: Samuel Maldonado 30 of Fort Dodge was booked into the jail for a probation revocation.

1:12pm: A deputy picked up a German Shepard in the 900 block of Cedar Street, Scranton. The dog was taken to paws.

4:33pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 500 block of west Main Street, Grand Junction.

8:34pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 1500 block of 235th Street.

Saturday, November 30th

6:09am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department at the Cobblestone hotel.

12:00pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check on a subject on Main Street, Grand Junction.

12:02pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street and S Avenue. Darwin Ritchie 58 of Grand Junction struck a deer with his 2018 Chevrolet Equinox causing an estimated 2,000 dollars damage.

1:30pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 600 block of South 15th Street, Grand Junction.

1:33pm: A deputy issued a salvage tag for a deer on U Avenue near 240th Street.

2:14pm: A deputy issued a salvage tag for a deer on 220th Street near S Avenue.

7:04pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of Lovejoy Street, Rippey.

Sunday, December 1st

7:40am: Brandon Duong 30 of Jefferson was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

8:21pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near U Avenue.
