The West Central Valley Girls basketball team was in a very close game all night against Woodward Granger, but were unable to get the victory losing by the score of 35-31. It was an exciting back and forth game game for the two teams that saw many various lead changes. They also had some chances late to take the lead and the win, but just couldn’t make the play. It was a strong effort for the Lady Wildcats. The loss drops them to 4-2 on the season.

The West Central Valley men’s team faced a great Woodward Granger team and lost, 80-9. The Wildcat weren’t able to get a lot going on the road, as the second night of a back-to-back proved to be too tough of a task.

Both teams will be back on the court real soon when they go to Paton-Churdan on Monday.
