The Churdan Library is hosting a holiday event today.

An open house will start at 9am, where everyone is invited to check out to newly renovated addition to the library. Attendees can also place final bids on a variety of silent auction items. Santa Claus will arrive at noon for kids to visit and have their pictures taken. Winners of the silent auction will be announced around 1pm, though the winners do not need to be present. Proceeds from the silent auction will go back to the library. 

Additionally, the Churdan Lions Club will be holding their annual drawing for prizes at around 1pm, with registration prior to the drawing. Winners of the drawing must be present to win. The drawing is free as a “thank you” to Churdan residents.
