The Panorama girl’s basketball team have found some momentum after a slow start to the season.

Van Meter came to Panora Tuesday night to try and end Panorama’s three game winning streak. Panorama jumped to a quick 19-14 lead in the first quarter and slowly built on that lead throughout the game. The Panthers won their fourth consecutive game after beating Van Meter 64-58. Payton Beckman had another stellar night scoring 18 points and coming up with seven steals. Her 18 points per game is first in the WCAC. Panthers also had great offensive production from Ella Waddle with 16 points and Angel Poldberg with 13.

Panorama improves to 4-2 on the season. They’ll be back on the court Friday in a Guthrie County showdown with AC/GC.
