The Girls basketball team of West Central Valley has gotten out an improved 4-3 start on the year, and one of the big reasons why is their ability to rebound on the offensive and defensive glass. The Lady Wildcats as a team have grabbed 253 rebounds on the year, or approximately 36 per game, which is a good number. The real impressive stat for the Lady Wildcats, who has averaged 16.2 offensive rebounds per game, which is an excellent number and one that has helped them win basketball games.

The Lady Wildcats are still looking for a higher field goal percentage on the year, but their ability to rebound their missed shots has been a huge key to their success so far, and one that they will be continuing to look for when they travel to Madrid tomorrow night to take on the Lady Tigers in West Central Activities Conference play.
