1:10pm: Eric Grenson 37 of Jefferson was booked into jail for possession of a controlled substance 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

3:06pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 1000 block of Cedar Street, Scranton.

6:03pm: A deputy arrested Damon Zimpel 28 of Scranton for an arrest warrant for 2 counts of theft 5th degree.

7:03pm: Damon Zimpel 28 of Scranton was booked into the jail for theft 5th degree 2 counts.

9:29pm: Damon Zimpel 28 of Scranton was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 1st offense.

9:11pm: Deputies assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a vehicle pursuit on 220th Street.

11:12pm: Jordan Collins 33 of California was booked into the jail for excessive speed, reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, Eluding speeds, over 25 mph over the speed limit, Operation while intoxicated 1st offense, failure to provide financial liability, failure to obey stop sign, driving on wrong side of two way highway, speeding in a 55 mph or less zone going 21 mph or faster over the limit, driving while license suspended or denied, and insufficient head lamps.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
