Don’t forget, there are two Democratic candidates for President of the United States who are visiting Perry today.

First, South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttegieg will bring his campaign to the McCreary Community Building for a town hall event. The doors will open at 2 p.m., with the gathering scheduled to start at 2:30. After that, former Vice President Joe Biden will be paying a visit to La Poste. Doors will open at 6 p.m., and the event will commence at 6:30. Both events are free to attend and open to the public.

Buttegieg and Biden are two of 15 individuals vying for the Democratic nomination for President in the June 2020 primary election. The first step on the way there will be the Iowa Caucuses on February 3rd, which historically has been a big factor in choosing the eventual Democratic candidate.
