Tonight, thousands of Iowans will be caucusing for their preferred political candidate. 

As the first-in-the-nation caucus gets underway, a reminder that any eligible voter can change their political party to Democrat or Republican. Individuals wishing to do so can change it before the caucuses start at 7pm, at their precinct location. Anyone who is in line before 7pm will be allowed to change or declare their political party. Following the caucus, anyone wanting to switch back can do so. See the list below for caucus locations in Greene County for the Democratic and Republican parties.

Jefferson 1st Precinct: Greene County Elementary

Jefferson 2nd Precinct: Abundant Life Ministries Church

Jefferson 3rd Precinct: Greene County Courthouse 3rd Floor

Central Precinct: Clover Hall on the Greene County Fairgrounds 

North Precinct: Churdan Library Community Room

East Precinct: Grand Junction Community Center

West Precinct: Scranton Community Center

Jefferson 1 – Greene County High School-Cafeteria. 

Jefferson 2 – Greene County High School-Media center. 

Jefferson 3 – Greene County High School-Auditorium. 

Central – Jefferson City Hall

North Precinct: Churdan Library Community Room

East Precinct: Grand Junction Community Center

West Precinct: Scranton Community Center
