Following the $8.7 million bond referendum’s passage in last week’s special election, the Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will consider a resolution providing for the tax levy for the law enforcement center addition and courthouse parking lot project.

The meeting will also include discussion and possible action on an amended county handbook and a fiscal year 2020 third appropriations resolution for the departments that didn’t approve of the current handbook. They will also hold a public hearing for the proposed maximum property tax levy for fiscal year 2021, receive a presentation about Heartland Divide wind farm transmission lines, consider scheduling a public hearing on next fiscal year’s county budget, and hold the first-tier canvass of last week’s special election.

The Board meets at 9 a.m. at the Guthrie County Courthouse.
