
The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.
The Council will consider for approval hiring a city accounting clerk and administrative assistant, the City’s insurance policy and adopting a facility use policy. Additionally, the Council will consider approving a contract for a roof replacement project at 100 East State Street, purchasing computer equipment for City Hall and the Greene County Community Center, repairing showers at the swimming pool and the plans and specifications for a water main improvement project.
Finally, the Council will hear a presentation on the merger of the Jefferson Area Chamber and Jefferson Matters: Main Street. The meeting begins at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
