The Iowa Print Sports Writers Association named it’s All-State teams this week.  There were 3 teams named for each of the four classes of competition.

Two DC-G Mustangs were named to the list stars.

Junior, Luke Rankin was named to Class 3A Second Team.  Rankin averaged 13.5 points per game for the Mustangs.  He was the floor general for DC-G, with a nearly 4:1 assist to turnover ratio.

Sophomore, Cole Glasgow was named to the Class 3A Third Team.  Glasgow’s nearly 16 points per game lead the Mustangs in scoring throughout the year.  Glasgow shot 52% from the field, and just south of 40% from beyond the arc.

Additionally, Woodward-Granger Senior, Bryce Achenbach was  named to the Class 2A Second Team.

DC-G Boys’ Basketball ended its season with a 17-7 mark, following an 8-14 season just a year ago.
