7:45am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle at Henderson Park.

9:18am: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 100 block of Lovejoy Street, Rippey.

10:03am: Lanny Lewis 71 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for theft 5th degree.

12:30pm: A deputy investigated obscene material being sent to a child in the 1000 block of Sandoe Street, Grand Junction.

4:04pm: The Sheriff conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of West Percival Street, Rippey.

4:28pm: The Sheriff investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 700 block of South 11th Street, Grand Junction.

6:18pm: A deputy investigated a power pole that arching at 110th Street and U Avenue.

8:15pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 300 block of South 7th Street, Grand Junction.

9:31pm: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 1800 block of 195th Street.

10:32pm: A deputy removed debris from the roadway on 195th Street and S Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
