12:35pm: Yasday Sorter 29 of Des Moines was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

1:15pm: A deputy assisted Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office with a domestic in Bayard.

6:13pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on N Avenue and 220th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
