1:38am: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint in Jefferson. The Deputy located the car and a pursuit followed. Steven Dzuris 32 of Jefferson was later arrested after a short pursuit. Steven was charged with Eluding, interference with official acts, assault on persons in certain occupations, reckless driving, fail to obey a stop sign.

8:00am: Steven Dzuris 32 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for eluding, interference with official acts, assault on persons in certain occupations, reckless driving, failing to obey a stop sign.

8:24am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 800 block of Main Street, Scranton.

9:27am: A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 700 block of South 14th Street, Grand Junction.

11:20am: A deputy assisted the City of Scranton with an abatement in the 1100 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

1:20pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 200 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.

2:29pm: A deputy assisted Guthrie County with looking for a burglary suspect in Paton.

3:45pm: Elizabeth Fischels 31 of Webster City was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance 1st offense.

4:42pm: A deputy, Churdan Fire, and Greene County Ambulance responded to a two- vehicle accident on 140th Street and I Avenue. Tianna Lowe 27 of Jefferson was distracted and crossed the center line on 240 th Street while heading west. Tianna was driving a 2013 Hyundai Sonotta that had an estimated 10,000 dollars damage Tianna struck Sara Vial 37 of Pocahontas in her 2008 Lincoln MKX totaling her vehicle. The airbags deployed in Sara’s Vehicle. Both vehicles were towed. Tianna was cited for failure to yield half of the roadway. 3 people were transported to the Greene County ER. 2 by Greene County Ambulance and 1 by Churdan Rescue.

5:54pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on U Avenue near 160 th Street. Jerry Erickson 76 of Paton was driving a 2003 Yamaha XT225 motorcycle when the front tire blew out causing him to lose control. Jerry was transported to the Greene County ER by Greene County Ambulance with injuries. Grand Junction fire and rescue also responded to the scene.

7:04pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 1900 block of 130th Street.

7:17pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on A Avenue on the railroad tracks at Ralston. Jennifer Bailey 42 of Coon Rapids lost control of her 2003 GMC Envoy on the railroad tracks and entered the east ditch rolling the vehicle. Ralston Fire and a Carroll County Ambulance responded to the scene Bailey was transported to St Anthony’s with minor injuries. The vehicle was a total loss.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
