Cabin at Spring Lake Park

With the unofficial kick-off to the summer season here this weekend there’s more to do outside, especially now that more COVID-19 restrictions have been pulled back by Governor Kim Reynolds.

Greene County Conservation Director Dan Towers tells Raccoon Valley Radio all campgrounds at all county parks are now open, including tent campsites. Additionally, the cabins at Spring Lake Park are also open. However, the shower house, modern restrooms, playgrounds and shelters  remain closed at this time.

Towers notes there are other amenities at Spring Lake Park including walking trails, frisbee golf, fishing and boating to take advantage of this weekend.
