West Central Valley High School has released the details of their 2020 Commencement Ceremony.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. on June 28th in the high school gymnasium. This will be a ticketed event with each graduate receiving five tickets for guests. The District is also working with the West Central Valley Athletic Boosters to livestream the event, a link to which is included here.
Several guidelines will be in place, including that all attendees will have their temperature checked prior to entering the building, each household group must maintain a six-foot distance between themselves and other groups, and anyone showing COVID-19 symptoms such as a fever, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the 14 day period prior to June 28th will not be allowed to attend. Face masks are also encouraged but not required of attendees.
