A dump truck rolled over east of Guthrie Center Monday afternoon.

According to the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office, at about 4:04 p.m. 28-year-old Aaron William Butcher of Wiota was driving southbound on Pecan Avenue south of 220th Street. Butcher was negotiating the curve when the rear trailer tires left the roadway causing the truck to roll onto its passenger side. Butcher was transported by private vehicle to Guthrie County Hospital for treatment of possible injuries. About $20,000 in damage was estimated to the truck.
