2:22am: A deputy investigated a suspicious person complaint in the 1000 block of Main Street East in Grand Junction.

1:35pm: David Michael Hoyle (34) of Churdan, was booked into the Greene County Jail for Probation Violation of a previous Domestic Abuse Assault, 2 nd Offense charge.

5:38pm: A deputy assisted with a welfare check in the 1500 block of 235th Street.

8:29pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 600 block of Locust Street in Scranton. Joseph Ray Thompson was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault Impeding Air/Blood Flow Causing Bodily Injury.

10:07pm: A deputy investigated a noise complaint in the 600 block of Hagar Street East in Grand Junction.

11:57pm: Joseph Ray Thompson (18) of Scranton, was booked into the Greene County Jail Domestic Abuse Assault Impeding Air/Blood Flow Causing Bodily Injury.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
