11:19am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an arrest in the 300 block of American Avenue. Tomylee Boswell 24 of Boone was arrested on a Dallas

County arrest warrant for failure to appear. 

11:50pm: Tomylee Boswell 25 of Boone was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

2:50pm: Juan Guzman 33 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for domestic abuse assault impeding air and blood flow.

3:42pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 500 block of West Main Street, Grand Junction.

8:14pm: A deputy investigated a dispute between a parent and child in the 600 block of 15th Street, Grand Junction.

8:55pm: A deputy investigated a dog bite in the 2200 block of R Avenue.

9:19pm: A deputy investigated a dog bite in the 100 block of Eaton Avenue.

Saturday, June 20th

12:11am: A deputy investigated a vehicle in the ditch on S Avenue near 195th Street. Mason Burkett 21 of Grand Junction was arrested for operating while under the influence 1st offense and open container driver.

3:38am: Mason Burkett 21 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 1st offense and open container.

6:59am: A deputy assisted with cattle out on Neola Avenue near 330th Street.

12:27pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in Grand Junction.

7:17pm: A deputy investigated a possible stolen vehicle in the 600 block of 13th Street, Grand Junction.

10:01pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of unruly children in the 600 block of South 15th Street, Grand Junction.

10:36pm: A deputy investigated a possible underage party in the 600 block of Brentwood Avenue.

Sunday, June 21st

1:05 am a deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 900 block of Linn Street, Scranton.

5:55am: A deputy investigated a domestic at Squirrel Hollow camp grounds.

4:27pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident in the 2300 block of Eaton Avenue. Christopher Cosgrove 36 of Marcus, Iowa lost control of his 2007 Dodge Caliber and entered the ditch and struck a garage. The car was totaled and there is severe damage to the garage. Christopher was issued citations for driving while suspended, failure to prove financial liability, and failure to maintain control.

6:45pm: A deputy investigated a child custody dispute in the 2400 block of 337th Street.

9:38pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned field implement on E Avenue and 300th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
