The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow night.

The Council will consider for approval a contract with Region XII Council of Governments for professional services, as part of the Community Development Block Grant upper story housing conversion application, and setting a public hearing to apply for the grant. Additionally, the Council will set another public hearing for a zoning amendment to allow for upper story dwellings for permitted use. The Council will also consider approving two plats of surveys and the city administrator’s annual contract. Finally, the Council will hear the Thomas Jefferson Gardens yearly update.

The meeting begins at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
