Dallas and Guthrie counties saw new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday.

 

According to the state dashboard as of Monday, 16 new cases of the virus were added to Dallas County for a total of 1,427. They also have 1,090 individuals that have recovered and 31 deaths. According to the Guthrie and Adair County dashboard, Guthrie County had four new cases for a total of 79, with 61 recoveries and four deaths. As for Greene County, there still are 31 cases, with 27 recoveries and no deaths. Adair County remained the same Monday with 17 cases, 12 recoveries and no deaths.

 

Statewide, there were 347 new cases Monday for a total of 35,849, with 26,952 recoveries and 757 deaths. Of the 381,608 people that have been tested, 344,561 were negative. 

Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers Hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 54 hospitalized patients, with 16 in Intensive Care Units, and seven admitted in the last 24 hours.
