8:10am: Rich Burkhardt reported sand on the street near Cedar and Head Streets. There was no hazard located by the officer.

11:27am: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 500 Block of North Chestnut Street.

11:34am: An officer was advised of a possible Assault, which had occurred at 100 Ram Drive. The officer is investigating.

1:20pm: An officer was requested at the Clerk’s Office of the courthouse for an Unruly subject. The male was advised to leave by the officer, which he did.

3:49pm: Janet Bass reported a Suspicious Subject sitting in a parked vehicle at 1216 Westwood Drive. Nothing illegal was occurring.

8:14pm: A Traffic Stop in the 900 Block of North Cedar Street resulted in Lathan Davis of Jefferson being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

9:06pm: A caller advised of heavy smoke in the air in the 900 Block of North Pinet Street. The officer located a subject burning yard waste at 902 North Pinet Street. The officer advised of the Burn Ban in effect in Greene County and had the subject extinguish the fire.

10:16pm: Ken Jans reported fireworks being set off in the 500 Block of West Mahlon Street. The officer did not locate the source of the fireworks.
