11:23am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a domestic in the 200 block of West Adams Street.

12:15pm: Jennifer Ashby 47 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for harassment 1st degree, criminal mischief 4th degree, and trespass with injury or damage greater than 300 dollars.

12:45pm: Tara Sheeder 48 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for public intoxication 1st offense.

2:15pm: Christopher Lindaman 20 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for assault.

2:31pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint near the Churdan School.

3:35pm: James Pena 22 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for assault.

5:33pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 400 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

9:34pm: Justin Cosnotti 35 of Jefferson was booked while still in jail for 20 counts of violating a protective order.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
