No services are planned for Teresa Durlam, 64, of Grand Junction.  Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson is assisting the family.  Survivors include:  Husband, Bruce.  Children, Justin Durlam of Jefferson, Heath Durlam of Ankeny and Becky Galvan of Panora.  10 grandchildren.
