A reminder that early voting is taking place today inside the Greene County Courthouse in Jefferson.

The County Auditor’s Office is open and operating the polling location in the east room of the courthouse from 8am-5pm. Voters are asked to bring a form of identification with them, such as a driver’s license or a voter identification card. Those wanting to vote via mail-in absentee, all requests must be submitted today by 5pm to the auditor’s office. Those who have received an absentee ballot have until November 2nd to submit their ballot to the auditor’s office.
