November 30: Officers responded to the 800 block of 5th Street on a theft report. Incident actually happened out of the city limits and case was referred to appropriate authorities. 

Arrest: Ricky Dean Glass, age 53, 1816 Warford, Perry was taken into custody and charged with unlawful possession of prescription drugs and public intoxication. 

Officers responded to the 700 block of Williams on a report of criminal mischief. No damages except cleaning. 

December 1: Officers responded to the 1200 block of 1st St., on a report of criminal mischief. Estimated loss $300. 

Officers responded to the 1200 block of W 9th Street on a report of a break-in. Approximate $700 loss 

Accident: Vehicle 1 red 2014 Dodge registered to Laurie Ann England, 1905 Evelyn, Perry. Vehicle was legally parked. Vehicle 2- gray 2004 Honda pilot registered to Jeimy Judith Medina Bonilla, 1703 Vine, Perry. Driver was Jackeline Bonilla, 1703 Vine, Perry. Vehicle 1 was legally parked when vehicle 2 backed out of a spot and struck it. Approximately $800 in damages.
