A special promotion is continuing in Jefferson.
The “Greene County Dare to Care Challenge” is continuing through the holiday season. Following an initial $200 donation from Moo Meat in Scranton, similar amounts are accepted at the Welcome Center in Jefferson, with a goal of raising $5,000. Then customers are encouraged to purchase items from participating retailers and have their names entered into drawings for $200 Chamber Check prizes every Tuesday through December.
