The Council will discuss acquisition of property before hearing public comments from Panorama Schools Superintendent Shawn Holloway and property owner Judy Kobeissi.

Afterward, discussion will begin concerning the street extension project, sanitation, an agreement between the city and the Iowa Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management and the budget.
