
The Perry City Council will consider approving an Iowa Economic Development Authority Award at their regular meeting today.
The Council will also consider a pay application for the 28th Street construction, a statement of completion and final acceptance of 28th Street construction, approving a change order for the Perry Public Library renovation, along with a third pay request, a final change order to the contract amendment, and completion of the library project. Additionally, the Council will consider withdrawing from the Intergovernmental Agreement for the Promotion of Tourism and Convention Activities with Greater Des Moines Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, making council appointments for the Central Iowa Regional Transportation Planning Alliance, approving a plat of survey to establish a parcel within the City of Perry.
Other items the Council will consider approving include the fiscal year 2022 five-year airport capital improvement program, the Annual Shoretel Maintenance Agreement with CPI Telecom, an urban renewal loan application, and a contract with gWorks for the front desk application.
