Christopher Pajak, Woodward, was traveling southbound on N Ave when he struck a deer in the roadway.  Mr. Pajak’s car sustained approximately $5000 damage.  The airbags deployed and Mr. Pajak was treated at the scene by Dallas Co EMS but not transported to the hospital.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is innocent until and unless proven guilty.
