There have been some changes to the annual Greene County Cattlemen’s Association Banquet.

The event will still be held at Clover Hall on the Greene County Fairgrounds on Saturday, February 27th. A social time begins at 6pm, followed by a New York strip steak dinner at 6:30. The trophy auction will then follow the meal. One of the changes is tickets can only be purchased at the door, and 2020 donors will be given free entry this year.

Proceeds from the auction will go back to the 4-H and youth activities, along with a scholarship program for graduating high school seniors and beef promotions at the county, state and national levels. The event will follow all proper COVID-19 guidelines and protocols, as outlined in the governor’s public health proclamation, as well as county stipulations.
