Wednesday, February 24th

9:22am: George Crouch reported receiving a Scam Call. An automated voice advised he had outstanding Arrest Warrants from another state. Crouch ended the call and did not give out any personal information.

3:05pm: The GC Emergency Room Staff requested an officer at 1000 West Lincoln Way Street to administer a Preliminary Breath Test. A patient had been involved in a Workplace Accident and the PBT Test is standard protocol.

5:03pm: Dollar General requested an officer at 104 North Locust Street. An unknown customer had passed a Counterfeit $100.00 Bill at the business. The officer took control of the fake and is reviewing store camera footage to develop a suspect.

5:44pm: Krystal Davidson reported a Stray Dog in the 500 Block of West State Street. The officer did not locate the reported animal.

6:13pm: A Traffic Stop at Grimmell and Central resulted in Jerimiah Geisler of Scranton being cited for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.

9:09pm: An officer assisted a motorist with Mechanical Issues at 220 th and Elm Street. The vehicle was later removed by a towing company.

9:59pm: Jacob Carbaugh requested a Welfare Check on a male in Jefferson after a strange post on Social Media. The officer made contact with the Jefferson area, who was fine.
