Christopher Jespersen, age 37, 304 Olive St, Atlantic, was arrested for Failure To Affix Drug Stamp and Controlled Substance Violation.
Brian M Foster, age 20, 1920 68th St, Windsor Heights, was arrested on a warrant for Obstruction Of Emergency Communications.
Montez’ Purifoy, Omaha, Ne, was driving on I80 near the 106 mm when he hit a coyote in the road. Damage was estimated at $2000 and no injuries were reported. Mr. Purifoy was able to drive away from the scene.
Kashish Patel, De Soto, was traveling on N Ave at 330th St when she was struck from behind by a minor driver. Damage to Ms. Patel’s vehicle was estimated at $5000 and damage to the other vehicle was estimated at $3000. There were no injuries reported and both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene. The minor driver was issued a citation for Failure To Stop In Clear And Assured Distance.
