Dallas Center – Grimes learned about a portion of their 2021 schedule on Friday, as the Mustangs look for a big year. They will be competing in Class 4A, which will be a 36 team bracket, and will field a ton of talent.

The Mustangs will be in District 6 which will have six talented teams. The teams include Dallas Center – Grimes, Council Bluff, Thomas Jefferson, Des Moines Hoover, Glenwood, Lewis Central, and Winterset.

The schedule will be nine games with the five district opponents and the four non-district opponents that the schools can schedule whoever they want.

The top 2 teams from every six team district will automatically qualify as well as 4 at large teams as well. For DCG they will have to make a few trips to western Iowa for district play, and take on some very good competition as well.
