The 2021 registration period is now open for 3rd-6th graders to participate in Perry Youth Football. 

There is an online registration format or a hard copy form can be picked up at Perry Elementary or they can be emailed to you. Cost for the program is $70 for 3rd grade and $110 for 4th-6th grades. All players must be registered by July 30th. 

If there would be any need for financial assistance, parents or guardians are encouraged to contact Matt Hardy either by email at BluejayYouthFootball@gmail.com or calling 515-341-2630 so that arrangements can be made. Also, families with multiple children in the league will receive a 15-percent discount.
