Friday, March 19th

8:44am: Officers went to 513 North Olive Street and arrested Mark Douglas Haase, 34 of Boone. Haase had an outstanding Boone County Arrest Warrant for, “Parole Violation.”

11:34am: The Greene County Rec Center reported Criminal Mischief to the Doreen Wilbur Statue. Unknown subjects had broken off the arrows. The officer is gathering video of the event to develop a suspect in the matter.

11:43am: A deputy requested assistance from an officer in the 400 Block of East Monroe Street. Two subjects had fled from the deputy on foot in the area. The subjects were located in a garage and a female was taken into custody by the deputy.

11:47am: Amy Mehln spoke with an officer about a Civil Issue occurring at 506 South Wilson Ave.

11:56am: A caller advised of a vehicle with no plates, parked in the 1200 Block of Rushridge Road. The officer located a construction worker in the area, who advised he had just purchased the vehicle and showed the documentation to the officer.

12:58pm: Officers assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 100 Block of West Lincoln Way.

1:24pm: Susan Smith reported a puppy dragging a leash in the 600 Block of South Elm Street. The officers did not locate the reported animal.

1:54pm: Tracy Anderson spoke with an officer about a Civil Property Issue occurring at 207 South Cedar Street.

3:37pm: A Traffic Stop at Elm and 250th Street resulted in Juhl Carstens of Yale being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

Saturday, March 20th

7:22am: A deputy requested assistance from a Jefferson officer in responding to a Burglary occurring at

11:59pm: Sherwood Ave. The deputy is investigating the Burglary.

7:36am: A Traffic Stop at Vine and Harrison Streets resulted in Jeremiah Johnston of Grand Junction being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

8:06am: A Traffic Stop at Elm and Central Ave. resulted in Patrick Connor of MN. being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

11:00am: Tom Ganoe reported a subject was attempting to scam him by Face Book. He was advised to end contact with the subject.

11:40am: Austin Owens reported what he felt was Harassment by a female posting things about him on Social Media. The officer explained that this is her first amendment right to post what she wishes, as she was not sending it directly to him. He was advised to seek an attorney and start a Civil Action in the matter.

12:56pm: Casey’s turned in a wallet that was located at 508 North Elm Street. The officer is attempting to contact the owner to return the wallet.

2:43pm: A traffic Stop at 220th and Grimmell Road resulted in Carla Johns of Scranton being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

4:30pm: A Traffic Stop at Olive and Russell Streets resulted in Brandon Mitchell of Jefferson being cited for, “Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability and Operation without Registration.”

3:05pm: A Traffic Stop at 220th and Grimmell Road resulted in Michael Gage of Audubon being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

5:01pm: Colin Kennedy advised he had captured a Stray Dog at 300 East State Street. The officer placed the animal in the Animal Holding Facility.

Sunday, March 21st

7:41am: Duwayne Kennedy reported a Burglary at 401 Rushview Drive. He advised in the past few days some cleaning items and $100.00 in quarters had been taken while he was away from the residence. The officer is investigating.

8:37am: A Traffic Stop in the 600 Block of North Elm Street resulted in Cullen Andera of Spirit Lake being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

9:25am: A Traffic Stop in the 600 Block of North Elm Street resulted in Aaron Sloan of Jefferson being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

1:28pm: Nellie Petterson spoke to an officer about a Civil Property Issue occurring at 502 South Maple Street.

2:55pm: A Traffic Stop at Lincoln Way and Westwood resulted in Jacob Spaulding of Scranton being cited for, “Operation without Registration.”

3:43pm: Officers checked 100 East Washington Street after dispatch had received a 911 Disconnect Call from the residence. The subject advised no one needed assistance at the residence.
