March 19: Arrest: Thomas Edward Young Jr, age 46,311 Warford, Perry was arrested and charged with – disorderly conduct.

March 20: Arrest: LeslPERRY POLICE DEPARTMENT ey Michaela Lira, age 25, 2902 lowa, Perry was taken into custody and charged with operating while under the influence 1st offense and two counts of child endangerment.

Arrest: Amy Jo Bahtagic, age 28, 619 5th St., Perry was arrested on a Des Moines Police Department warrant for assault causing injury two counts.

Arrest: Almin Bahtagic, age 30, 619 5th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with Operating while under in the influence 1st offense,

Accident: Vehicle 1 – white 2013 Freightliner pick up registered to Liberty Holdings, 12012 Ridgemont Drive Urbandale lowa. Driven by Richard Stubbs, 3402 70th St., Urbandale. Vehicle 2 – legally parked gray 2009 Dodge Ram Pick up registered to Jose Guadalupe Hurtado Cerna, 2401 Evelyn, Perry. Driver of vehicle 1 was driving a cement truck and was in the process of unloading. He was told to pull forward by one of his crew but the chute was moving to the side of the of truck and struck the passenger side tail light of the legally parked vehicle. Total estimated damages $500.

March 21; Arrest: Christopher Gorocica, age 46, 612 znd St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts. Received a report of theft in the 2000 block of Willis Ave. Case under investigation.

Accident: Vehicle 1 gray 2020 GMC truck registered to and driven by Blake Terril Ellis, 6343 E 45th Lane, Yuma Arizona. Vehicle 2 blue 2006 Chevrolet Aveo registered to Jordan Dean James, 110 W 3rd St., Bouton, driven by Meagan Lee James, 110 W 3rd St., Bouton. Vehicle 2 was stopped preparing to make a right hand turn onto First Street from Highway 141. Driver of vehicle 1 looked to see what road he was on and didn’t see vehicle 1. Vehicle 2 struck the rear of vehicle 2. Minor damage to both vehicles. Total estimated damages $1500. Driver of vehicle 1 was issued a citation for failure to stop in assured clear distance,
